Objective: To train the Duree weavers in the technique of using Grindle yarn, using Cardboard stencils, drawing on graph paper and weaving from it, and practicing the Soumak weave
To develop the above mentioned weaving techniques so as to enable to translate their imagination into weaving their own unique Duree
Result / Impact:
Weavers were able to explore their creativity with different techniques.
Weavers are able to incorporate these techniques into their own design and bring out unique products that can have a greater market value
